What happens when my internet goes down — can the Scout still report?
That's exactly the point. When your Scout can't reach us, we know. A missed check-in is the alert. You don't need the device to send a special "I'm down" message — the silence speaks for itself.
How fast will I be alerted?
As soon as a scheduled check-in is missed. On the Patrol plan with 5-minute intervals, you'll know within minutes. On Command with 2-minute intervals, even faster.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month by default. Cancel anytime. Quarterly and annual plans are available at a discount, but there's no lock-in on any plan.
